3. Medical disclaimer
In a medical emergency, call 911.
The information on this site is general. It does not replace a consultation with or an assessment by a physician.
- Our products assist physicians; the physician decides. CorSapiens artificial intelligence only suggests text, readings and drafts. The physician reviews, corrects and signs, and the clinical decision is always theirs.
- Imaging viewer. The CorSapiens viewer is for viewing and reviewing imaging studies. It is not a certified medical device.
- Código Infarto. It does not replace 911 or professional medical judgment. It recommends a hospital and route based on the information available, which may change.
- ECG interpretation. Every report is interpreted and signed by a cardiologist.
When we say a product is “designed in accordance with” a standard (for example, NOM-004 or NOM-024), we are describing how we built it. It is not a certification by any authority.
4. Pricing and commercial information
Prices on the site are in Mexican pesos (MXN), are for reference only and may change. What applies is what we agree with you in writing when you sign up. The status of each product (in production, in beta, in pilot or coming soon) reflects the date of the site's last update.
Screenshots show fictitious data. Client cases are published with their authorization.
5. Product-specific terms
These terms cover only the site. Each product or service is governed by its own conditions, which you accept when you contract for it or use it:
- CorSapiens Expediente: terms of service and data processing agreement.
- Código Infarto: the conditions you accept when you start using the app, and its privacy policy.
- Imaging studies, ECG interpretation, websites for physicians and custom software: the contract or proposal we sign with you.
If these terms and a product's terms say different things about that product, the product's terms prevail.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, illustrations and software of this site and of our products belong to Novolution Labs or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by Mexican copyright and industrial property laws.
The names Novolution Labs and CorSapiens, and the names of our products, identify Novolution Labs. You may not use them in a way that misleads others about who offers a product or service.
Screenshots and client case names belong to their owners and are shown with their authorization.

To the extent permitted by law, Novolution Labs is not liable for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this site, or for decisions made solely on the basis of its information. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under the law or any liability we may have for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
