The medical record with artificial intelligence.

History and physical, signed notes, prescriptions, schedule, labs, studies and documents in one place. An AI assistant takes dictation, transcribes the visit, reads studies and suggests drafts. You review and sign everything.

  • History and physical, progress, admission, discharge, consultation notes and more, pre-filled from the previous note and saved automatically.
  • A prescription in under a minute, all from the keyboard, with allergy, renal function and interaction alerts calculated with fixed clinical rules.
  • Record the visit for up to 90 minutes and get a draft note section by section. The audio is not stored: only the text, which is deleted after 30 days.
  • Dictate into each section with a medical vocabulary that learns your terms.
  • Labs with trends and out-of-range values flagged. Snap a photo of the report and the AI suggests the data entry for you to review.

The agent knows your patients inside Expediente. It answers your questions with their data, calculates scores and gets drafts ready so all you do is review and sign.

CorSapiens PACS and viewer

Your imaging studies, always at hand.

Your studies are stored in the cloud and you open them from your browser. For heavy ones, like cardiac catheterization cine, long series and 3D, there's a desktop viewer designed so you don't have to configure anything.

  • Sign in with your usual username and password and see only your own studies.
  • Each clinic sees only its own. Even if someone tampers with the viewer, they can't see anyone else's studies.
  • When you open the viewer, your account's study list appears, and studies download in the background so they open quickly.
  • Your last 50 studies reopen offline.
  • 10 preset CT windows in Spanish, each with its own keyboard shortcut.
  • Cine, measurements, capture, 3D, import and export, always in the same order.
  • Everything in Spanish, with built-in help. The viewer notifies you and updates itself.
  • Web viewer for reviewing without installing anything.

Important: the desktop viewer runs on Windows only. It is meant for viewing and reviewing studies.

Código Infarto

The hospital that can treat the patient soonest, at the moment it matters most.

In a possible heart attack, the app dials 911, alerts a family member and recommends the hospital that can treat the patient soonest. The hospital sees the incoming patient in real time, with their medical record, their ECG and the minutes since symptom onset, and accepts or declines them. If it declines, the app guides the patient to the next one.

This app does NOT replace 911 or professional medical judgment. In an emergency, always call 911.

  • A Código Infarto button that dials 911, with shortcuts to alert the patient's contact and request an ambulance always in view.
  • Recommends the hospital that can reperfuse soonest, regardless of institution, and explains to the patient in plain language why it was chosen.
  • Route on the map to the recommended hospital.
  • Automatic alert to the family member with the hospital and the map.
  • ECG photo and direct chat with the receiving hospital.
  • Works offline with a built-in directory, and the emergency is restored if the app closes.
  • For hospitals: a real-time “Patients on the way” dashboard, with a WhatsApp alert for each new case.
  • National registry of cath labs under construction. Nothing goes live until a cardiologist verifies it.

Design criteria based on AHA, ACC and ESC guidelines: cath lab if it can be reached in 120 minutes or less; otherwise, an emergency department with thrombolysis within 90 minutes or 80 km. An initiative by interventional cardiologists, in pilot and free of charge for patients and hospitals.

ECG interpretation for clinics and companies

Send hundreds of resting ECGs at once and get back, for each one, a report interpreted and signed by a cardiologist, with the tracing attached.

  • Batch upload: PDF from the device, scan, photo or your phone's scanner.
  • A cardiologist always interprets. The device's measurements are included only if the physician decides so, never the automated interpretation.
  • A catalog of 184 electrocardiographic diagnoses with criteria and sources, in Mexican terminology.
  • Clinical alerts such as bradycardia, wide QRS or long QTc, confirmed by the cardiologist.

Frequently asked questions

What physicians ask us

Where is my data stored?

The records you keep in CorSapiens Expediente are stored in Mexico, and each clinic sees only its own information. Its AI assistant runs on our infrastructure. This applies to Expediente; VPO Digital is a separate service.

Does the AI make decisions for me?

No. AI only suggests text, readings and drafts: the physician reviews, corrects, accepts and signs. The clinical agent never signs, issues, cancels or deletes.

Can I export my records?

Yes. Your records are yours. You can export notes to PDF and Word with your letterhead, or the full record in a ZIP, whenever you want.

What devices can I use it on?

On the web, from your computer's browser, and as an installable app on your phone. There are also apps for Android and Windows.

How do I sign up?

Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll activate your plan the same day. No card, no lock-in contracts. You can start with the Free plan.

What happens if I run out of my daily AI quota?

Nothing clinical stops. You keep writing, prescribing and accessing your records as usual; the assistant is back the next day.

Does Código Infarto replace 911?

No. Código Infarto does not replace 911 or professional medical judgment. The app dials 911 from the emergency button and helps the patient get to the right hospital. In an emergency, always call 911.

Do you have pricing for PACS or ECG interpretation?

We quote based on your volume. Message us and we'll send you a proposal.
